When you need to jump straight to a lot, a customer, a supplier, or a particular record, use the global search box rather than clicking through the menus.

Using search

Open search from the app header and start typing. PoultryDesk looks across your organization's records - lots, customers, suppliers, and more - and shows matches as you type. Pick a result to go straight to it.

Search matches on the words in a record, so a partial name or a reference number is usually enough to find what you are after.

Your data stays yours

Search only ever looks inside your own organization. There is no shared or cross-organization search - one organization can never see another's records through search, by design.
