Terms of Service
The agreement between your Organization and PoultryDesk for use of the platform.
This is a review-ready draft aligned to our commercial model. It is not final legal advice and is pending counsel sign-off before production use.
Your account
When you create an Organization you choose a subdomain and become responsible for the members you invite and the actions taken under your account. Keep your credentials secure and use two-factor authentication where it is offered. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
Plans and entitlements
PoultryDesk is one product offered on several plan tiers. Plans are configuration, not separate software: the features available to your Organization are the entitlements your plan includes, checked at the service boundary. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, and metered usage - such as messages or storage above your allowance - is added to your next invoice.
Billing and lapses
If a payment fails we retry and notify you. An unpaid subscription moves through a defined grace period before access is limited, and your data is retained for a further window before removal, so a missed payment does not immediately cost you your records. Enterprise arrangements are governed by their separate contract.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and only for your own operations.
- Do not attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe security, or access another Organization’s data.
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to store.
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without agreement.
Your data
Your Organization owns the records it captures. We store and process them to run the service under our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and we keep the audit trail intact for traceability. We do not claim ownership of your operational records.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, and capture is designed to keep working offline so field work is not blocked by a connection. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement. Specific service levels, where offered, are part of an Enterprise contract.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will flag material changes. For any question about these terms, reach us through the contact page.
