Reports and exports

Reports let an owner, a manager, or an outside auditor pull the numbers they need without asking anyone to build a spreadsheet by hand. Every report reads from the same records your team enters day to day, so the figures always match what is in the app.

The reports hub

Open Reports to see the curated exports, grouped by category - operations, finance, inventory, and compliance. Each one is a one-click download. Set the date range you want, and the export covers just that period.

Reports available today include lot performance, lot financials, customer and supplier ledgers, customer and supplier statements, customer and supplier aging, inventory, treatments, and cash flow.

Downloading an export

  1. Open Reports and pick the export you want.
  2. Set the date range (and currency where it applies).
  3. Download. The file arrives as a CSV you can open in any spreadsheet program.

CSV is the machine-readable format, so you can hand a file to your accountant, load it into another tool, or keep it for your records.

Where the numbers come from

Reports are read-only views of your recorded data. They never change anything - they only summarise. Because they are built from the underlying records, two people running the same report for the same period get the same answer.
